White glove support means that Gander handles all aspects of getting you your content—all you need to do is tell us what you need and ship your product out to creators with the click of a button. We’ll handle everything from communicating with the creator, to editing, undertaking revisions, negotiating licensing, and beyond.
All payments go through Shopify or Stripe. All charges are billed in USD. Recurring charges, including monthly or usage-based charges, are billed every 30 days.

Content Management services are only available for brands on the Professional Plan.
Yes, you can request up to 2 revisions from our editing team. In the unlikely event that the creator did not follow the brief, you can request a reshoot. Please note only 1 reshoot is allowed per video.
You can purchase a standard content license for each video. The content license fee is $25 every 3 months, your license will be automatically renewed until you cancel.
Our creator network is invite-only and includes trained micro-influencers. And we're constantly on the hunt for new creators that help fulfill the brand's needs.
You can expect to receive your video 30 days after your creator has been selected.
Brands on the Professional tier can request 8 to 10 videos during onboarding.
